Laura has over 14 years experience working in the fitness industry, and spent 10 of those years running her own 2 ladies fitness centres. Laura is also an International athlete which has given her access to some of the best information and contacts regarding everything fitness, nutrition, injury prevention, injury recovery, goal setting, motivation and overcoming fear/obstacles.
Laura has energy and enthusiasm that is contagious and her ‘in’ session and ‘out of’ session support will leave you feeling motivated, more confident, happier and with a bounce in your step.
