I have been in the fitness industry for 7 years and in that time I have worked with many different individuals, from children and casual gym goers to rugby players and weightlifters. I have covered many areas of fitness, including weight loss, nutrition, bodybuilding, strength & conditioning and rehabilitation. My interest in S&C and rehab led me onto qualifying as a Sports Massage Therapist in 2017 and opening my first treatment clinic here at Mindset.

My aim is to help people move well, perform better and reduce the risk of injury. This doesn’t mean just in the gym or in a chosen sport but also in every day life. Carrying shopping bags from the car, walking upstairs and playing/lifting your children shouldn’t be painful or difficult, and with the correct training, knowledge and self care routines it doesn’t have to be.

I use different massage techniques depending on what each individual client needs. These include the ancient Chinese therapies dry cupping and scraping as well as percussion therapy using the Theragun G3 Pro device https://www.theragun.com/uk/en-gb/home  which is used by professional athletes worldwide such as Mat Fraser, World’s Fittest Man and Paralympic Gold Medalist, Jessica Long.
